














Plant-based Buddhist Cuisine Cooking Class
Celebrate the flavors of autumn with an immersive, hands-on cooking class inspired by Chinese Zen Buddhist plant-based cuisine. Guided by food therapist Zoey, you’ll learn how to prepare 4 nourishing dishes using natural ingredients:
Stuffed morel mushrooms – delicate and earthy, filled with seasonal plant-based goodness
Vegan wontons in herbal seaweed dashi – a soothing, umami-rich broth to welcome autumn
Chinese yam & jujube mochi – a chewy, subtly sweet dessert that nourishes and delights
Blood-nourishing herbal tea – a warming infusion to support seasonal transitions
After cooking, we’ll gather to enjoy the full meal together. Bring your favorite bottle (BYOB) and share in this mindful dining experience.
This is a hands-on class — you’ll cook, taste, and take home skills to recreate these recipes in your own kitchen.
